The Illusion

"The Illusion" is a performance that, through comedy, confronts us with ourselves. It confronts us with our personalities. It also confronts us with the theater. This is a theatrical composition—a performance that attempts to resemble itself. Only in this way can we tackle the theme of the Self and reality—by challenging our expectations of ourselves. Through the layering of theatrical realities and their deconstruction, we will test the possibilities of the hypertrophied, perfect Self, the one in the mirror. Where will the boundary between realities break, or do they inevitably walk hand in hand? What is more real—reality or theater?" Nikolay Yordanov
