Dance of Death

Dance of Death - as if the final act before the approaching end, awaited as deliverance. The clash between the characters breeds hatred and ferocity. Bestiality escalates to the dimension of war. This struggle turns Alice and Edgar's marriage into a battlefield where all means are permitted, and victory is pursued at any cost. This leads to deformation in man - he begins to lose his human traits and qualities. The state of malice, hatred, and ferocity to the extreme destroys man - his spiritual death occurs before the end of his life's journey, and he discovers the meaninglessness of his existence. This can be called a special form of dying while still alive. What happens to man? What has happened to him that led to such ferocity? And what is this impulse that drives him to continue fighting, even though meaning is lost? This production was realized with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture and the Municipality of Burgas
