As It Is, So Be It

A class, the eleventh "A", gathers by tradition for years together with their teacher, Comrade Peeva, now 90 years old. They always meet in Sylvia's small and cozy restaurant, generous and participating from the heart in their increasingly sad celebration. The passage of life has taken away the youth of the characters, changed their destinies, but also preserved their small, unique and spirited community, so being together once a year is an important, irreplaceable experience for them. What binds them is their unwavering commitment to be together despite their differences. And unexpected memories surface, old conflicts erupt, and the unquenchable jealousy between two of the heroines, who kissed the same boy, creeps in... What will happen at the last meeting, attended by only eight of the former students? Will secrets about love and betrayal be revealed? Or perhaps an unexpected visit – from friends, from enemies or simply from thugs? Will malice, cruelty or a smile prevail? What radiance does life have at the end of the road? And the answers, spoken with sadness, laughter and music, you will find out in Nedelcho Yordanov's last play – "As It Is, So Be It", thanks to the team of brilliant actors we have known for years.
