How to Find a New Husband

Mrs. Zdenka Smocilovic, a still quite young widow, is looking for a new husband. The choice turns out to be surprisingly interesting and unexpectedly difficult: an artistic drunkard, a refined diplomat, a likable athlete who, however, due to an injury during training has lost the ability to fulfill his marital duties, a hopelessly dull peasant but still very potent, and a plastic surgeon with connections in the English royal court. The decision reached is so unpredictable that it surprises Mrs. Zdenka herself. The author of this cheerful comedy is the famous Croatian playwright Miro Gavran.
