Twenty Minutes with Angels

A co-production of the Drama Theatre - Montana with ODT-Vidin "Twenty Minutes with Angels" is a fairy tale about how one should not delay doing good, because there may be no tomorrow. We must not run out of time to pay attention to our loved ones and dear people; we must not leave things for when we will have time, because there are no suitable moments. The action takes place in a provincial hotel, where the characters must test their selflessness, resulting in the realization that only death is selfless in this world. Two drunkards collect money for a bottle of vodka. An unknown person appears at their door, ready to give them a hundred-stotinka coin. Doubt awakens. Here, the main motif is money and material things, again a symbol of power on the part of their owners, a means of manipulation, a cherished wealth, the sole goal. Accustomed to not encountering goodness, having crossed out benevolence and sincerity from our dictionaries, how would we react to an outstretched hand?
