The Wonderful Adventures of Pinocchio

The talented puppeteer Geppetto is a man of art! With love and skill, he creates his dream son from a strange, playful piece of wood. He names him Pinocchio, who turns out to be a creation with character. A true "wooden head" – stubborn, restless, curious, and so naive that he cannot distinguish good from evil. Children must go to school, but Pinocchio refuses... He runs away and embarks on his difficult journey as a wandering wooden boy, encountering all sorts of troubles. Pinocchio longs to be a real boy and through his experiences discovers what it means to be alive. He realizes the power of love. He touches upon the magic of kindness. His guardian – the Blue Fairy – shows him some unpleasant and shameful traits of character – for example, lying. A faithful talking cricket accompanies and advises him in dangerous moments, and there are many such moments. The Wonderful Adventures of Pinocchio is an exciting tale of "becoming human," which the Italian writer Carlo Collodi told more than 140 years ago. Did the restless Pinocchio become a real boy? Let's experience his adventures – IN THE THEATER!
