About

She made her debut in the role of Miss Fly in "Some Can, Others Cannot" – a composition by Tedi Moskov based on E. Shvarts and M. Minov at DKT – Dobrich (1986). She worked at DKT – Dobrich (1986-88), RDT – Smolyan (1988-89), Municipal Theatre "Sirius" (1989-90), National Youth Theatre (1990-91), and at the First Private Theatre "La Strada" (from 1991). She also worked in theatres in Düsseldorf, Bochum, and Hamburg. With the Army Theatre, she performed in many theatrical centers around the world – Moscow, Avignon, Jerusalem, Zurich, Leipzig, Dresden. She participated in the productions "The Master and Margarita", "The Servant's Comedy", "Fantasmagories" at the Army Theatre, and "Marmalade" at "Tears and Laughter", which is in its 11th season. Characteristic of her acting are clownishly stylized gestures, facial expressions, movements, and her ability to use different speech registers. Her characters are a little funny and a little sad; they appear innocent, vulnerable, and grotesque, without the actress depriving them of their spiritual human aura. She is widely known to the public for the television show "The Street". Roles: The Ugly One in "Fantasmagories" – based on E. T. A. Hoffmann; The Water Spirit in "A Tale of a Wanderer" – based on K. Čapek; Juliet in "Romeo and Juliet"; The Wall in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" – W. Shakespeare; Josef K. in "The Trial" – based on Fr. Kafka; a series of characters in "Gogol and Pantagruel" – based on Fr. Rabelais and Y. Radichkov; "The Street" – composition by Tedi Moskov; "Marmalade" – composition by Tedi Moskov; Clown in "Unbelievable Tales" – based on P. R. Slaveykov and others. She appeared in the film "Rhapsody in White". Laureate of "Askeer '95" for the play "Marmalade". Award named after Yves Montand for Best Actress – 2002, for the film "Rhapsody in White". Holder of national and international awards.
